Cooking has always been my passion since I was young. I always wanted to help out in the kitchen whenever my mom had to cook for special occasions. This was something which was unusual because I was a boy. Growing up, my dad was very supportive of this. While most of my friends were never really interested in cooking, I did not see myself as someone who is weird.

I took up a culinary course when I was in college. I really wanted to pursue my passion for cooking as a career. I realized that cooking is a very tedious job to do. Especially when you are already cooking professionally, things get a little different. Time will always challenge you when you cook. There will always be deadlines that you have to beat. All these years, I have learned the different ways to cook in an easier way. I use electric spice grinders so that I will be able to prepare all the ingredients beforehand. All that I had to do was to place them in containers and add them one by one as I cook. There is no need to chop, slice and grind while I am cooking. This saves so much time especially when I am cooking in a hurry.
